I feel very fortunate to be working with Ryan.  Working out was always a bit of a chore and I wasnt seeing much progress… until I started working with Ryan.  He teaches me what to do, how to do it and always keeps it interesting and fun.  

Ryan seems to know me better than I know myself.  He adapts the workouts and finds a way to push me so that I always get the most out of every session regardless of the day I've had or how tired I might feel.  He also adjusts the workouts to help solve any sport or age related soreness and pains I might have.  Most importantly, he's made me discover that I'm capable of a lot more than I thought. I look forward to every workout with Ryan and I always finish feeling great.

FaceTime Coaching is an excellent solution for individuals who want to workout from home, have no access to a gym due to CoVid 19, or are out of our reach and want a successful training program.

Personal training is the fastest and most effective way to reach your fitness goals. Your trainer will develop a program based on your goals and health concerns and create a personalized fitness program that is uniquely your own.  Whether you’re someone who is just starting their fitness journey or a seasoned gym goer/recreational athlete with a solid fitness level, having a personal trainer or a coach can help you meet your fitness goals faster, safer, and more effectively.

Training in small groups means you have the opportunity to see where your fitness level is in relation to the rest of your team and work out ways to improve on it.  You can  organize with your coach a training system to help you improve incrementally week after week. Having a small group training system allows you to test yourself each session on a variety of exercises and gradually progress on each of them.

Our one-on-one in person  training is currently on hold because of COVID-19, we’re up and running and ready to serve clients – via virtual training.
